In this Gabfocus Session: Start to Finish, we were joined by Atomic Storage Group's Rick Beal and Magen Smith to talk all about the customer journey, how to understand it, and how to improve it!

"So everybody thinks price, right? But we've done studies, we've asked people. We've vetted all that stuff. It's usually way down on the list. It's like fourth.
So I think if you think about why they're storing, which we kind of talked about because they still want it and they care about it enough so they want it when they get it out to be safe, secure the same way they put it back in. Right?
So if I'm looking at all of my options, honestly, a lot of it is the manager, clarity, I want to understand and not feel like I'm pushed and half answered.
So the phone was answered. Somebody asked me really good questions. They made me feel comfortable that this is going to fit in this ambiguous space because I don't understand what 10x10 means. That's not my world. I know I have a living room full of stuff, so help me figure that out.
So somebody who takes me through that journey and then makes the close really easy and then brings me in and at the end of the day, I know what the price is going to be, and I can check that off my list and move on."
