The Storage Group continues to grow, buying their competition, and turning more and more locations into unmanned, automated facilities. For Chad Lundberg, the managing partner, the only way to scale business is fighting for simplicity - for his customers, his processes, and his team.

Our old site was pretty clunky and not mobile-friendly. So, it really wasn't a good experience for our customers. It wasn't a seamless process.

“We have to rely on our website to provide information for our customers and to be able to do the online rental as quickly, as easily, and as efficiently as a person in the office. Now, we're able to do that.

When people call in to rent units, Chad directs them to the website because he trusts it will be as smooth and simple as talking to an operator - maybe even more so.

Handing off more rental logistics to the website doesn’t mean Chad is backing off. Quite the opposite. Now, he can give his attention to everything else. As any operator knows, there’s always plenty to do. He updates his Google My Business listings regularly, he’s more available to his team, and he can continue to look forward, helping Storage Group grow.
